Delete your account

You can delete your Elite Cricket Academy account at any time, from the app or from here. This page explains exactly what is erased and what we have to keep.

How to do it

  1. Open the app and sign in — you can do that right here in your browser, without installing anything.
  2. Go to More → Account settings.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in — you have lost access to your email, or you never set a password — email info@elitecricketacademy.com.au from the address we hold for you, or call your centre, and we will do it for you.

What happens

Erased

  • Your name, email, phone and address
  • Your children's names and dates of birth
  • Medical notes and emergency contacts
  • All photos and video of your children
  • Coaching notes and ratings about them
  • Your saved card details
  • Notifications to your devices
  • Anything you asked the in-app assistant

Kept

  • Booking and payment records, with your name removed
  • Invoices and credit history
  • A dated note that a deletion happened

We keep financial records because Australian tax law requires us to, for at least five years. They no longer carry your name, your children's names or your contact details.

There is a seven-day wait before anything is erased. Deleting cannot be undone, so we give you a week to change your mind. Sign in during that week and the app will offer to cancel it. After that, it happens automatically and cannot be reversed.

If you share an account

Parents and carers often share one family account through an invite code. If someone else is still on your account, deleting yours removes you — your login and your own details — and leaves the family, the children and their history for them. Only when the last person leaves is the family record erased as well.

Your sign-in

After deletion your login no longer reaches any of your information. If you ever sign in again with the same email you will start with a completely empty account.
